Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team at FutureEdge.ai. You'll play a key role in managing calendars, streamlining internal operations, and fostering a productive hybrid work environment. If you're detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced setups, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, inboxes, and meeting logistics for senior leaders.
Prepare and organize internal documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records; coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal team coordination.
Support onboarding and recruitment logistics.
Help maintain a smooth hybrid and remote-friendly workplace culture.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Bonus: Experience supporting leadership in a startup or hybrid team setting.
