Job Description: We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and email funnels. You'll own campaign performance, SEO strategy, and reporting — working closely with our design and product teams to ensure messaging lands and conversions grow. Ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytics and thrives in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms
Track performance via GA4 and Looker Studio, optimizing for CTR, CAC, and ROI
Lead SEO strategy, keyword research, content briefs, and technical audits
Collaborate with design/product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Stay current on platform updates and recommend new growth tactics.
Qualifications:
3+ years in digital marketing with measurable success in lead gen and performance marketing
Certified or advanced in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Strong grasp of data analysis, A/B testing, attribution models, and copywriting fundamentals
Self-starter who thrives in fully remote, fast-paced setups.
