Job Description: We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and email funnels. You'll own campaign performance, SEO strategy, and reporting — working closely with our design and product teams to ensure messaging lands and conversions grow. Ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytics and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms

  • Track performance via GA4 and Looker Studio, optimizing for CTR, CAC, and ROI

  • Lead SEO strategy, keyword research, content briefs, and technical audits

  • Collaborate with design/product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Stay current on platform updates and recommend new growth tactics.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in digital marketing with measurable success in lead gen and performance marketing

  • Certified or advanced in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

  • Strong grasp of data analysis, A/B testing, attribution models, and copywriting fundamentals

  • Self-starter who thrives in fully remote, fast-paced setups.
